2 packages blue drink mix powder
Blue Birthday Cake ice cream
1 bottle white grape juice
1 bottle citrus soda
Twizzlers (optional)
1. Scoop several balls of ice cream in the bottom of a punch bowl.
2. Sprinkle with drink mix.
3. Pour over juice and soda in equal proportions.
4. Add some Twizzlers for extra Wibbly-Wobbly and enjoy!
